Somedays I feel like giving up, and think that all hope is lost.  Then I look in the mirror, get myself together, and start over. I’m not going to quit that easily.

You should never feel guilty about being hungry! Not only do our bodies love healthy foods, it NEEDS them. So go ahead - have that banana, enjoy that slice of whole-grain bread. Depriving yourself of something you need only brings weakness..and a really bad mood.

Day 3.

Today…I shop! 

I have to go buy some clothes, and some groceries.  And then I’m going to be cooking for about 20 people whom I will be feeding tonight.  My missions for today are simple.

1) I will not hate my body today. I will embrace my new size, even though its not as small as I wish it was.

2) I will only buy what I need at the grocery store. I will not succumb to junk food or impulse buying.

3) I will not graze while I’m cooking.  I will eat lunch before I begin, and then eat the food at dinner with everybody else.

Today my mission is simple. There’s no reason I wont succeed.
